Whether to celebrate, to commemorate, to comiserate, enjoying a drink a local establishment is one of our favorite ways to connect. Here is our list of best places in Gig Harbor to grab a drink.

Beverages

Heritage DistilleryThis award-winning distillery first began in Gig Harbor. You know likely know them as one of the most awarded distilleries in North American 9 years running. We know them as neighbors and fabulous members of the community. Their in-house menu includes cocktails, small bites, and seasonal sippers. Barrel club and 750ml bottles available. Recipe cards offer delicious concoctions to mix at home!

7 Seas Brewing  Founded in Gig Harbor, this small town brewery has grown to make a big impact on the South Puget Sound. Owners Mike Runion and Travis Guterson have expertly navigated the rough waters of growing and scaling a brewin goperation, largely in part to the overwhelming support of their hometown. Their future Gig Harbor taproom is under construction and will reside on prime waterfront, with stunning views of the mouth of the Harbor and Mount Rainier. In the meantime, catch them up the hill next to the Inn at Gig Harbor where they offer a quaint tasting room experience and expansive outdoor tents with plentiful seating and heaters.

Gig Harbor Wine Co.

We welcome this new addition to Gig Harbor’s repertoire of watering holes. Owners Ben and Robin Egeland are on a mission to share their passion for Washington wines. Their carefully crafted vino is designed to be delicious and offer a peek into the local history of Gig Harbor, to tell a story about the little town we all love so much. To achieve this, they have partnered with award-winning Walla Walla Winemaker, Aryn Morell, using fruit from some of Washington’s most notable AVAs. Wines from $25-$60 are available now for order on their website. A Captain's Club Wine Membership is also available. Free to join, enjoy a 10% discount on purchases, complimentary tastings for yourself and up to 4 guests 4 times annually, invitations to special events, and access to club-exclusive wines.

Wet Coast Founded by owners Bryan & Molly Copeland and Aaron & April Johnson, Wet Coast believes in celebrating life - with quality craft beer. With a tap room just up the hill from Downtown Gig Harbor on Kimball Drive, this is one of our little town’s favorite places to have a pint. Located next to one of Gig Harbor’s favorite teriyaki restaurants, Kinza Teriyaki, you can leave the cooking to the pros and enjoy a takeout meal with your beer.

Locust Cider Brothers Jason and Patrick Spears founded Locust Cider in Washington in 2015. Committed to abstaining from artificial ingredients or sweeteners, this crew also proclaims “they will try anything!” in pursuit of a tasty, modern hard cider or tea.Try out one of their latest beverages at their family-friendly Gig Harbor location next door to the Inn at Gig Harbor. Here they offer 14 taps of Locust hard cider, rotating craft beer selections, and delicious BBQ from BBQ2U on Friday and Saturdays.
