Today Paige Miller received an UPDATE on the latest changes that you NEED to know about if you are in escrow or planning to buy this year! ?

Things to note;?
+ Changes to government back mortgage programs (FHA, VA, USDA) ?
+ Investors for loans, with borrowers, who have credit scores are 620 or lower are pulling out?
+ If you are in escrow and have a credit score of 640 or lower talk to your lender ASAP! ?
+ If you are planning to buy in 2020, get in touch with a lender right away to figure out where your credit is at and how to get it at 650 or above.?
