Staged homes sell 73% faster and for up to 10% more than unstaged homes! It's no shock that we take staging very seriously at BRC... so much so that we brought it in-house in 2020. Our stylist works alongside our Listing coordinator and Agents, to establish a strategy and timeline for preparing & selling your property. Together, they will guide and assist through the preparation stage using their knowledge and expertise. And, when staging day comes, they load up our trailer with furniture and décor goodies to transform your home! Then it is time for one last cleaning to make your home sparkle before photos & video.
