So, what do you need to know this week? Well, not much has changed in the past 7 days. We are still in sellers’ market, with low inventory, low interest rates and many qualified buyers. Photographers have been busy meaning there are new listings on the horizon???? could this be the spring market we have been waiting for? Only time will tell!

As always, we like to make sure we are speaking to you and your needs! If you are a seller, take the time to make sure you house is in its best-selling condition! Listen to the professionals you are working with. They see what is selling (and not) in this market. Even with this being a sellers’ market, just putting your home for sale with no prep work doesn’t guarantee a sale, or that you will get the best return on your investment.

Buyers, if you have been planning on waiting until the market cools down, don’t. The best time to buy was yesterday and the second-best time is today. Unfortunately, your buying power lessens with each passing day, so it’s important to know where you stand financially. If you haven’t talked with a lender, now is the time to do so. Once you know what you can afford, talk to your favorite agent. They will help you come up with a competitive buying strategy to get you into the home of your dreams.
