SELLING YOUR HOME - PREP EDITION
We have covered what is takes to get your home photo ready, but what happens after that?????Many assume after we take photos and video, we are ready to go live on the MLS. There are a few final steps we must complete before we can get a property live and listed! Fist up, media review. After we receive photos and videos the Listing Agent, Ashley (Listing Coordinator), Kourtney (Marketing Guru), and clients do a thorough review to ensure the property looks its BEST. ??
When photos are given the green light, the baton is passed off to Lauren (Transaction Coordinator). She will meticulously read through the listing paper to confirm everything is correct. During this process she is also doing one last round of verification with the Listing Agent and Sellers. ??
Now that the listing paperwork is verified and confirmed, it’s time to go LIVE 
Once we submit the listing, we become live on the Northwest MLS and the listing gets picked up and displayed on hundreds of 3rd party housing sites - like Redfin, or Zillow!??

After the listing is live, we are permitted to put a lockbox on the home. This allows agents to enter the home safely & securely. AND, our For Sale sign gets to go up
